Earlier this month, I said to myself. "I`m not a kid anymore."

But I realized, I`m still a kid compared to many others. So I`m making this post as an eye-opener.

Let`s look at some details. Teens nowadays are moving waaay to fast. At age 8, they`ve already liplocked, maybe 13, they`ve had multiple relationships and it`s getting worse every year. Sooner or later, we`d see 9 year old sluts. I mean what`s the point of having girlfriends and boyfriends at that age? Are you old enough to feed each other, to make them live? Well I`m not insecure just because of being SSB. But I`m jsut getting grossed out by the fact that at this time, they laugh at SSBs like me. It`s like you`re not "hip".

But just a question: IS EVERYTHING HIP, GOOD?!
Here`s a story I heard from a priest months ago:
There was a girl, once a fair, modest lass. Because of her friends, she became a wreck, emotionally and mentally. She was failing. One night, she was gonna go out of her house. Her mom sees her, says "Where are you going at this time?",
She says, "I`m going to a bar with my friends."
Mom: No, You Don't!.
Girl: You`re such a Killjoy, That`s what`s hip!
Mom: Ugh. Go ahead.

Dad: Young Missy, You`re going out wearing that?! (points to the skimpy, revealing dress), And why do you have a piercing in your belly?
Girl: You`re just like mom! That`s what`s hip!

*It`s 3am*
Dad and Mom: Finally You`re home! And You`re Drunk!
Girl: That`s HIP today! YOu`re so unupdated!

A week later.
Girl: Mom, Dad, I`m Pregnant.
Mom: What?! Well I`m gonna kill that son of a ..
Dad: Relax, Don`t worry. THAT`S WHAT`S HIP, RIGHT?!

Ok. That`s what I`m trying to prove. Well, in other countries, That`s not as applicable as what`s going on here in the Phils. Although there is less Sex, But the attitude of some Filipinas are just so weird. They`d only date people from the same label. They kiss and tell. They flirt always. They get boyfriends just for the sake of being taken. There isn`t any real love. It`s just puppy love.

For the boys, here is a good example:
(SMS)
Boy: Hey:)
Girl: Who`s this?
Boy: It`s me, Fred( just an example)
Girl:Oh, it`s just you:)
Boy: Haha. Can I ask you a question?
Girl: What?
Boy: Can I court you?

wtf. That`s how fast, and some girls, say YES. how absurd.
I`m getting so grossed out by this attitude of people.
